Your Day-to-Day
  • Diagnose faults, carry out breakdown repairs, and scheduled servicing
  • Using our tablet tech for job logging, parts orders, and customer sign-off
  • Work independently on-site and collaborate with our customers
  • Communicate clearly with customers and identify further service needs
What You'll Bring
  • Mechanical trade qualification (Diesel, Plant, Automotive or similar)
  • Solid experience with heavy equipment, mobile plant, or similar industries
  • Strong diagnostics skills across hydraulics, mechanical, and low-voltage electrical systems
  • Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Willingness to be part of a rotating after-hours call roster
Responsibilities

The role focuses on diagnostic and repair work on heavy diesel equipment on-site and on-site servicing, using tablet-based job logging, parts ordering, and customer sign-off.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical trade qualification (Diesel, Plant, Automotive or similar)
  • Experience with heavy equipment, mobile plant, or related industries
  • Diagnostics skills in hydraulics, mechanical, and low-voltage electrical systems
  • Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
  • Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening clearance
  • Ability to participate in a rotating after-hours roster
