Join our Non-Financial Risk Assurance team based in Sydney, where you will collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance the risk and control environment.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will test and design the operating effectiveness of critical controls, identify improvements to manage material risks, and report findings. You will lead initiatives to uplift controls specific to Banking and Wealth, supporting risk management and collaborating with stakeholders across the ecosystem to understand end-to-end processes.

You will also provide strategic advice, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and share learnings across the Group and industry to promote best practices.

What you offer
  • Experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit, or Assurance, preferably in Wealth Management and Banking
  • Strong understanding of controls, industry practices, and regulations
  • Commercial acumen with strategic insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data Analytics skills are advantageous
