Job Overview

This role is integral to our Non-Financial Risk Assurance department based in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We test and design the operational effectiveness of critical controls.
  • We identify improvements to manage material risks.
  • We report findings and lead initiatives to enhance controls specific to Banking and Wealth.

You will also provide strategic advice, build relationships with key stakeholders, and share knowledge across the Group and industry to promote best practices.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit, or Assurance, preferably in Wealth Management and Banking.
  • A strong understanding of controls, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Commercial acumen with strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data analysis skills are beneficial.
