We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable Administration Officer to support our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who works well in a team environment, is organised, enjoys working across a variety of tasks and locations and takes pride in providing high quality administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll work
With a Team To
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless delivery of high quality services.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative across multiple business units within the branch.
- Track budget performance, analyze data and conduct targeted research to support strategic projects.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Assisting with contract administration and associated documents.

This Role, You Will Need
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or relevant experience.
- Highly developed organizational, written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience in a construction administration position.
- Demonstrated skills and ability to relate effectively to a variety of clients offering a high level of customer service.
- Advanced proficiency in business related computer software (Microsoft Office Applications).
- Sound financial administration skills.
- High level attention to detail.
