About the Role

You and your partner in crime, our current coordinator, will have true generalist roles managing first level employee queries, administering employee changes, supporting our Advisors with end-to-end recruitment and general advisory matters, giving you great exposure and a career path. The position reports to the Head of People Experience but will take daily instruction from our Advisors. We are a team that enjoys working closely with our stakeholders, providing high level and professional customer service, and fostering an integrated team.

What you will be doing
  • Ownership of the recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and learning systems
  • Processing cyclical HR Transactions throughout the employee life cycle for 650+ employees ranging from casuals to full-timers and under a variety of awards where applicable
  • Supporting Advisors to manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring the greatest candidate care and meeting Managers' expectations, bringing in candidates aligned to our Code
  • Maintaining employee records sensitively
  • Being part of broader company initiatives and project teams
  • Demonstrated initiative and innovation when investigating, analysing & solving problems or taking advantage of opportunities
To be considered for this role, you will have
  • Previous coordinator or recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable liaising with a diverse range of business partners
  • Self-learner with systems proficiency and problem-solving ability
  • Adaptable to varying daily tasks
  • Team-oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic
