About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience who are eager to develop their career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations, with clear opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and probation reviews.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, tracking attendance, and supporting payroll administration.
- Help coordinate training programs, staff activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and contribute to process improvement.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Recent graduate or 1–3 years' experience in HR or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in people and workplace culture.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
