We currently have vacancies for a Breakfast Supervisor and F&B Bar Supervisor.

Bar Supervisor

Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position (Salary Range 66,000 - 85,000).

  • Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
  • Ensure good communication throughout the department.
  • Previous F&B Supervisory experience.
  • Positive Communication – verbal and non-verbal.
  • 30 - 40 hours per week between 12 pm - 11.30 pm, includes opening and closing shifts.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, driving initiatives, and expanding boundaries – always looking for 'that next step'.
Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor

Hospitality level 3 casual $35.47 pay rate per hour or a permanent employment position.

  • Exceed customer expectations in providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services such as serving customers, processing orders, and attending to customer's needs.
  • Assume responsibility for Food & Beverage outlets in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Efficiently respond to customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Initiate immediate enquiry into guest feedback and ensure corrective action is taken, and report such incidents and actions to Management.
  • Ensure that all restaurant staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
