Electronic Gaming Operations Manager

Lasseters Casino is seeking a skilled Electronic Gaming Operations Manager to lead our gaming floor operations for the electronic gaming areas.

This key role involves overseeing day-to-day activities, managing a motivated team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of gaming floor operations, proven leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and team development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Electronic Gaming team to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage rosters, monitor stock levels, and work within set budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Foster a positive guest experience through proactive service and problem resolution.

  • Ability to work under pressure and across a 24/7 roster.
