Business Development Manager

We are a non-bank lending firm offering creative and tailored lending solutions in a booming finance industry. With a strong family office presence, we work closely with brokers and property developers to provide funding solutions with a personalised experience for their clients.
We are growing and looking for a naturally motivated and passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow with us with a key focus on growing the broker network, educating brokers on our lending parameters and boosting loan volumes.
Our unblemished loan book portfolio speaks for itself and is ready for you to leverage off.
Key Responsibilities
Recommend strategic ways to develop lead generation.
Identify and convert lending opportunities to expand market share.
Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing and new mortgage broker network.
Educate brokers on our lending metrics and convey our point of difference.
Manage the loan pipeline from enquiry to settlement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Represent the organisation at industry networking events nationally.
Target Goal $100M loan placements per year.
What You Bring
A strong network within the broker market and direct relationships with property developers and generating new relationships with property developers.
3+ years of experience in business development, mortgage lending or broker relationship management.
Extensive experience in the banking, non-bank or finance industry and its processes.
A persistent and self-motivated lead generator mentality with the ability to scale the business up and exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
