We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team at St Augustine's College,a modern P–12 school with strong community ties. Our service is licensed for 130 children, with a dedicated OSHC space that's about to undergo exciting renovations.

This is a part-time role (32 hours per week) with split shifts across Before School, After School, and Vacation Care. You'll support the Coordinator to deliver a safe, inclusive, and engaging program that children love, and have the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.

What you'll bring:
  • Diploma in Children's Services or working towards (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Current mandatory Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working in OSHC, ideally with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and My Time Our Place framework.
  • A collaborative, supportive approach and a passion for creating engaging, child-centred experiences.
