About the role
We're seeking a Team Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to two General Managers and their teams across Australian Markets. You'll join an innovative, collaborative, fast-paced team focused on delivering strategic outcomes through stakeholder engagement and operational excellence. This role offers meaningful, challenging, and exciting work that shapes the future of cities and communities.
Day-to-day, you will- Deliver strategic administrative support to the Australian Market General Managers and their teams — coordinating daily operations, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement, while preparing high-quality reports, presentations and correspondence
- Support senior leaders by anticipating needs, tracking compliance and prioritising meetings while adapting to shifting priorities across a dynamic, cross-functional business unit
- Provide support for Board meetings, including timely preparation of reports and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and governance standards
- Coordinate key business events including performance reviews, governance calendars, tunnel shutdowns, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment
- Great communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time
- High level of maturity and professional presentation
- Excellent report production and presentation production skills
- Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite
