Team Coordinator - Real Estate & Projects

Our client is a leading Commercial Law Firm, well-regarded nationally for its expertise in Real Estate and Projects. They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Coordinator & Legal Assistant to join their busy and collaborative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on balancing operational coordination with hands-on legal assistant support.

The Role

In this role, you will;

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Partners and fee earners, including document preparation, property searches and registration, billing, and file management
  • Coordinate the allocation of legal support resources nationally, including covering leave and ensuring optimal team utilisation
  • Facilitate skills sessions, knowledge sharing forums, and contribute to graduate and seasonal clerk program support
  • Oversee administrative processes, resolve operational issues, and work closely with the Practice Manager to streamline workflows
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff, practice group meetings, events, and intranet updates

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Team Coordinator within a law firm
  • Exposure to real estate or construction matters (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
  • A collaborative, approachable style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in leading, mentoring, and influencing others in a professional setting
