Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Elephant Room Full time

We are seeking a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and navigating complex paid media accounts to drive client goals and objectives. While your primary focus channel is paid media, you work closely with the digital strategist, paid media specialists and CRM specialists to lift performance and revenue through new and supporting channels.

  • - We have strong, collaborative relationships with our clients, built on trust and mutual enjoyment. You'll establish and build these relationships to understand their marketing needs across paid channels.
  • - Work closely with clients and leverage the support of our internal digital strategist and Social Media specialists to set quarterly objectives, strategies, and bi-weekly tactical plans.
  • - Attend relevant client meetings (strategy sessions, QBRs, WIPs, and other communications) as needed. You'll handle matters such as presentations, asset delivery, general troubleshooting, and implementation.

Campaign set up

  • - Explore new opportunities for platform spending and align media strategies with clients' release and content calendars.
  • - Oversee and optimise client campaigns across various channels, with a focus on search and Meta, managing day-to-day activities including tracking, monitoring, recommendations, optimisations, and reporting.

Analysing & Reporting

  • - Report on ad creatives, making recommendations for future designs and messaging based on what works, current trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • - Manage budget planning and revenue forecasting, ensuring pacing aligns with targets and sales goals are met.
  • - Analyse campaign and media performance across all channels (social and search) to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Test new technologies, products, and strategies to improve workflows and enhance the technology stack.
  • Bring new ideas to your account and assess their impact with a relevant test design. You could be testing new channels, creatives, campaign structures, targeting… or any media related levier that could have a positive impact on the overall performance of your accounts.
  • Although the key responsibilities of the role are clearly outlined, this vacancy is specifically suited for someone who enjoys adapting to the evolving needs of both the agency and the position.
  • In addition to your marketing skills and experience, we seek someone who fits well with our culture and team. At ER, we balance challenging, exciting work with flexibility and a life-work balance that suits you. We are passionate about our work, the retail environment, and our clients, but equally passionate about our hobbies, friends, family, and various initiatives outside of work. Our supportive and humble team culture allows you to be yourself, fostering an environment for personal and professional growth.
