The Role

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. You will work closely with the management team to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the company's accounting and finance functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide regular updates on financial performance
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
