Placed.au is looking for a full-time Contract Administrator in Dandenong South, Victoria. Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including workplace health and safety and transport requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to enhance service quality while minimizing risks and costs.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet obligations, including deadlines, quality standards, and service benchmarks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, addressing issues and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation for audits and operational transparency.
- Work closely with internal teams to align contracts with business needs, service capabilities, and client expectations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on contract terms, obligations, and compliance to ensure clear understanding and adherence.
- Develop and implement tracking systems for contract milestones, deadlines, and renewals to prevent lapses and ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications/Attributes:
- Must hold a Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience.
- Ability to review contracts thoroughly and identify potential risks or discrepancies.
- Proven ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
- Skilled in assessing contract terms, identifying risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Capable of resolving contract-related disputes efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to convey complex contract terms clearly to internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Adept at handling multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and tracking contract progress.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
