Leading Commercial Tier 1 Builder seeks an experienced Contract Administrator for a large scale CBD project

If you are looking to work on a large-scale project with a reputable builder, this could be the role for you.

As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for:

1. Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
2. Progress claim assistance and external variations
3. Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
4. Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims

To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator, you will require:

1. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia
2. Large scale ($100m + projects) commercial experience is a must
3. Knowledge of VIC construction market and subcontractors
4. Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
