Overview

Flannerys Mona Vale are on the lookout for a retail-savvy and people-centric Store Manager to lead our vibrant team in a permanent full-time capacity – commencing in September/October, 2025.

This leadership position is a salaried role, working either a Tuesday to Saturday roster or Sunday to Thursday roster. If you're an all-rounder who loves creating amazing experiences and has a passion for authentic leadership, this could be the role for you. You will be leading our recently renovated store, centrally located in the heart of Mona Vale.

We are a leading natural organic food store and wholefoods market with a network of 12 stores across the east coast of Australia, serving customers and communities since 1973. The role

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end performance of the Mona Vale store from both operational and leadership perspectives.

As the Store Manager, accountability areas include people & culture management, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, rostering, and administration. You will be a positive, results-driven leader who can mentor and motivate a team.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with a passion for retail
  • Strong leadership capability through coaching, developing and guiding a motivated team
  • Cash handling experience and proficiency with POS systems
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently across all store departments
  • Positive and teachable attitude
  • Ability to manage inventory and merchandising in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
  • World-class enthusiasm and initiative
