We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Mid-Market & SMB Marketing APAC to lead marketing efforts for Sinch's mid-market and small business segments in the APAC region on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and Communications, you will be part of a high-performing global marketing team driving growth and enhancing Sinch's brand presence in the region.

Role and Focus

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for APAC, acting as the regional strategy expert and key advisor for these segments. You will create a clear, scalable, and measurable marketing plan to deliver pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI. As a hands-on marketer, you will oversee the execution of marketing programs across digital campaigns, events, social media, and brand initiatives. You will also work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership
    • Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy for Sinch's mid-market and small business segments, tailored to regional needs and opportunities.
    • Create targeted go-to-market plans to drive pipeline growth and client acquisition through digital campaigns, events, and partner channels.
  • Campaign & Content Management
    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns that align with regional business objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
    • Oversee the creation and delivery of localized content, including case studies, thought leadership materials, and event assets.
  • Performance Measurement & ROI
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with business segment goals and deliver strong ROI.
    • Continuously optimize marketing programs using insights and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with sales teams to align on target accounts, pipeline growth strategies, and campaign priorities.
    • Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with Sinch's broader strategy and messaging.
  • Brand Development in APAC
    • Contribute to building Sinch's brand presence in the APAC region, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels reaching MM/SMB segments.
    • Act as the regional marketing expert for products, industries, and trends relating to small or medium-sized businesses, providing insights and recommendations to guide the global marketing strategy.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop, allocate, and manage the marketing budget for the enterprise segment, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Monitor spending across campaigns and initiatives, providing accurate forecasts and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing programs seamlessly.
    • Provide input and strategy direction to others on marketing approaches for the mid-market and SMB segments.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior marketers or cross-functional contributors as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Solid B2B marketing experience, with a focus on APAC markets.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing programs aimed at pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and metrics-driven marketing approaches.
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
  • Experience with SaaS products or technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong project management skills, able to prioritise, organise, and manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to working cross-functionally and supporting sales initiatives.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
