At Mindset Health, we're creating a new kind of healthcare: AI-powered, evidence-based, and available to anyone with a phone.

Millions live with chronic symptoms that medications don't fix — and care they can't reach.

Were going to change that - building therapeutic interventions that work like software: clinically proven, personalized, and always on. By combining clinical hypnosis, behavioral therapy, and generative AI, we help people retrain their brain to heal their body.

Our programs are backed by randomized controlled trials, referred by thousands of doctors, and covered by some insurers. We're already helping hundreds of thousands of people around the world feel better — and we're just getting started.

Now we're looking for a Head of Marketing to help us scale from $15M to $30M to $100M in revenue — and build the team, strategy, and execution engine that gets us there.

Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and evolve the marketing roadmap aligned to company goals and revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across B2C and B2B disciplines.

- Optimise campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more — always grounded in data and experimentation.

- Build and execute funnels that reach both consumers and healthcare providers, and connect the dots between them.

- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and data teams to align on growth opportunities, attribution, and customer journeys.

Skills that set you apart

- Proven experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a high-growth environment.

- Deep fluency in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation.

- Strategic thinking prowess, capable of breaking down company goals into actionable steps.

- A track record of scaling to large revenues, showcasing your growth expertise.

- You consistently track and report on key metrics including working with data team to build measurement infrastructure needed to make key decisions

- A knack for people leadership and management, empowering, coaching and developing marketing teams to their fullest potential.

- B2B and B2C (or even B2B2C) marketing experience - a plus to navigate the diverse landscape.
