What You'll Own
Lead From the Front
- Command the line during service — grill, fryer, and perfect burger builds every time
- Drive kitchen flow with uncompromising standards on speed, quality, and presentation
- Set the pace and energy that keeps your team firing on all cylinders
Develop Your Team
- Train and mentor crew members in Smashville systems and standards
- Build the next generation of kitchen leaders as we expand
- Work closely with the Kitchen Manager on rosters, processes, and continuous improvement
Drive Operational Excellence
- Master prep planning and stock rotation to keep service seamless
- Own compliance, food safety protocols, and opening/closing procedures
- Problem-solve on the fly and maintain calm leadership under pressure
Shape Our Future
- Be part of strategic planning as we roll out to new locations
- Input on systems, training programs, and operational standards
- Fast-track to Head Chef or multi-site management roles as we expand
Who We're Looking For
The Culinary Leader
- Proven chef experience in QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant environments
- Natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy kitchens
- Obsessive about consistency — every single plate meets our standard
The Operations Expert
- Passionate about spotless kitchens and bulletproof food safety practices
- Highly organized with the ability to stay cool when service gets intense
- Systems-minded approach to kitchen management and team development
