You’ll work alongside the Head Chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant Venue, which serves bistro style food plus a full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.

Responsibilities

- Work alongside the Head Chef and run the kitchen regularly on their days off
- Contribute to a busy, vibrant venue serving bistro style food and a full menu
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of quality and service

About you / Qualifications

- Trade qualified with three or more years’ experience
- Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Produce consistent quality and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Experience in quality à la carte dining
- Keen eye with high attention to detail
- Interested in menu planning and offering suggestions
