Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our team.

As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients' needs are met by providing high-quality customer service and allocating staff accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage workload within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and families.
  • To communicate directly with Support Workers, clients, and families to inform them of any roster and staffing changes.
  • To prioritize and manage workload efficiently, making sure all tasks are completed on time.
  • To develop strong relationships with staff and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Possession of a passion for helping and supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Previous experience in prioritizing and managing workload within a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
