With a portfolio of 200+ iconic pubs, bars, and venues across Australia & New Zealand, we're all about delivering memorable moments – and that starts with a seamless reservation experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing incoming booking enquiries via phone, email & online platforms
- Coordinating reservations for group bookings, functions & events
- Assisting guests with tailored experiences across our venues
- Collaborating with venue teams to ensure accurate and timely bookings
- Delivering exceptional customer service that sets the tone for their visit
- Previous experience in hospitality or reservations (ideal but not essential)
- A friendly, confident phone manner and clear communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Flexible casual shifts with a growing hospitality leader
- Fun, social team environment based at our Central Support Office in Melbourne
