**Job Description**

  • Handling all incoming reservation enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Upselling room types and packages to maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Delivering warm, knowledgeable, and personalised service to every guest
  • Answering phone calls promptly—within three rings—with a friendly tone
  • Maintaining accurate booking records and updating guest profiles in the PMS
  • Confirming guest requests and communicating special preferences to relevant departments
  • Staying updated on rates, promotions, and the loyalty program (Accor Live Limitless)
  • Coordinating with Sales, Front Office, and other departments for a seamless guest experience
  • Assisting with group bookings, quotes, and supporting front office operations when needed
  • Performing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
