One of our clients has a new opportunity for a great Insurance Broker to join their team in the Ipswich to Brisbane region in a sales-focused role.

About the Role

You will have 3+ years experience in the insurance industry, preferably as a broker, capable of managing a portfolio of clients and driving new business. The role requires:

  • Handling new business quotes and managing renewals.
  • Meeting clients and prospective clients face-to-face to secure new business.
  • Providing high-level customer service with tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Seeking opportunities to generate new business leads.

We seek an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer service-focused, team-oriented, and experienced in a similar role.

About You
  • Tier 1 Insurance broking qualification minimum.
  • Experienced Account Manager or someone looking to progress.
  • Experience serving business clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
  • Commitment to client service excellence.
  • Career-focused, responsible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
