Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive market-leading origination growth in our state/territory. This is a highly relationship-driven, face-to-face role that requires frequent engagement with brokers, strategic account management, and in-person meetings to deepen partnerships and maximize opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel, and demonstrated experience managing broker relationships and driving lending volume.

  1. Prospect, onboard, and activate new commercial asset finance brokers, expanding our market footprint through face-to-face engagement.
  2. Build deep, long-term relationships with existing brokers, ensuring high engagement, increased share of wallet, and a consistent flow of originations.
