
Sales Development Representative

ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Development Representative will focus on supporting the sales team in customer acquisition and retention, as well as in navigating the sales engagement process with both new and existing customers. This is an internal sales role for a thoughtful, energetic, highly organised, motivated, well-spoken and eager individual looking to start in and grow their sales career at a company transforming healthcare on a global scale by providing innovative software and service solutions to healthcare organisations (hospitals, health systems, ambulatory clinics/practices).
Qualifications and Experience- 2+ years of related work experience in healthcare or technical sales
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Technical Sales Aptitude
- Interest in healthcare; an established network in the healthcare space will be an advantage
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential and existing customers
- Tenacious, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a team environment with each member performing different functions
- Ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive sales situations
- Energetic, engaging, and friendly demeanor
