The Role

We\'re seeking an experienced In-House Photographer for a 3 month contract position to support our Black Friday campaign preparations. Working 3 days per week from our office, you\'ll play a key role in creating high-quality eCommerce and campaign photography during our busiest trading period.

This contract role requires a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and an ability to execute both in-studio and on-location shoots. You will be responsible for ensuring all visual assets maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and deliver compelling storytelling across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Photography
  • Plan, direct, and execute product and eCommerce photography shoots for Black Friday campaigns.
  • Manage lighting setups, camera settings, and composition to ensure top-tier visual quality.
  • Capture both studio and on-location content to align with marketing and brand objectives.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts.
  • Edit and enhance images using Lightroom & Photoshop for consistency and high visual impact.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and aesthetic across all visual content.

Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to align content with broader campaigns.

Equipment & Production Management
  • Manage and maintain studio equipment, lighting setups, and production gear.
  • Scout and coordinate locations for on-site shoots as needed.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in photography, ideally in fashion, fitness, or eCommerce product photography.
  • Strong proficiency in Lightroom & Photoshop.
  • Expertise in colour grading, lighting techniques, and high-quality shooting.
  • Ability to balance creative concepting with executing pre-established ideas.
  • Experience working with studio equipment and managing location shoots.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an office-based environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred as we\'re beginning Black Friday content creation.
Contract Details
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Schedule: 3 fixed days per week (to be agreed)

Videography experience would be advantageous but is not essential for this role.
