About the Role : Are you ready to own and elevate digital marketing execution across a global retail brand? We're searching for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced marketing team based on the Gold Coast.
In this newly defined role, you'll drive traffic, leads, and conversion through hands-on campaign management, website optimisation, and performance analytics.
Reporting to a highly experienced Head of Marketing, and collaborating closely with a supportive internal team and agency partners, your work will directly influence the growth of an international brand with a passionate customer base.
What you'll be doing : Own campaign execution across Meta, Google, Pinterest, You Tube and other digital channels Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop on-brand, high-performing campaigns Optimise the website for conversion and user experience (including SEO implementation)Report on performance across GA4, CRM platforms and digital dashboards Present insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROAS and user engagement What we're looking for :2–4 years in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally with a retail or fashion focus Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and CRO / UX tools Ability to manage campaign calendars, budgets, briefs and agency relationships Strong understanding of the ecommerce funnel and customer journey Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and a collaborative mindset Why you'll love it :90-100k + Super Be part of a growth-focused brand with global reach and inspiring creative direction Drive real impact through campaign ownership and digital excellence Today is the day you take control of your future You deserve to love your career and the brand you work for APPLY NOW or call Dean Roberts on 0451151145 for a confidential discussion on growing your career todayJOB REFERENCE #33815881120934651231
