We handle everything from product design and sourcing, to warehousing, online store management, and dispatch. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on coordinator who's ready to contribute across the entire merchandise process.
About the RoleWe're seeking an Apparel & Merchandising Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day merchandising tasks across product sourcing, client service, design, and order delivery. You'll work across our corporate and sports brands - supporting client needs, creating mockups, updating Shopify stores and ensuring orders are executed on time and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who's looking for variety, responsibility and the opportunity to grow in a creative, commercial and customer-focused role. You'll be trusted to take initiative and see tasks through without needing constant direction.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:-
Coordinating client orders from quote through to delivery

Creating and editing product artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
-
Sourcing new products from trusted local and international suppliers
-
Assisting with the design and creation of new merchandise ranges
-
Uploading and managing product listings in Shopify across multiple brands
-
Liaising with suppliers, production and warehouse teams to ensure deadlines are met
-
Maintaining accurate job and product details across internal systems
-
Working at and helping coordinate merchandise events, including retail activations and pop-up stalls
-
Ensuring your responsibilities are delivered accurately, consistently and on time

1–3 years' experience in admin, merchandising, customer service or coordination
-
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce/product systems
-
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
-
A high level of personal accountability - you take ownership, follow through and care about doing things well

Bonus if you've worked in apparel, promotional merchandise, or event-based retail

Comfortable working both at a desk and onsite at live events
