
TA Team Leader, Volume

Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead our team of volume recruiters. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will lead a collaborative team of high performing, positive and passionate individuals, supporting growth and success at A&G.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment process, ensure team performance, and drive workforce planning strategies to meet organisational hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive recruitment experience.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
- Ensure team adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and timelines
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes
- Analyse recruitment data and metrics to assess team performance and effectiveness
- Continuously refine sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to increase efficiency (UKG, Criteria and other systems)
- Collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, L&D, WFP and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organisational needs
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open roles, recruitment progress and frontline metrics
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies including feedback on performance, quarterly review meetings, and collaborative partnerships
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent across various job levels
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Key requirements include:
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a diplomatic and consultative approach
- Demonstrable leadership capability (e.g., leading projects, initiatives or process improvement) even if direct leadership experience is not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work alongside senior leaders within the business to deliver on recruitment objectives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve recruitment processes
