At HAYLO People, we specialise in recruitment for Personal Injury and General Insurance. We're currently seeking an Insurance Administrator to join a corporate insurance brokerage in the Sydney CBD. This is a great opportunity for school leavers or graduates to support Account Brokers working with Ultra High Net Worth clients, with full training provided to become a qualified insurance broker.

  • Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 plus super DOE
  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Role
  • Efficiently handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organising documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and support various projects.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and interactions.
  • Perform receptionist duties including answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence as requested.

About you:
  • You should be a recent school or college graduate, or someone eager to land your first role in an office setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
