Step into a high-impact, integral role where you'll directly contribute to Alliance SI's mission of operational excellence. As a full-time, on-site Office Coordinator, you'll work across both our Sydney Head Office (Artarmon) and Silverwater locations – playing a key part in supporting our teams, streamlining operations, and enabling our branches across Australia. Your expertise in coordination and administration will be the engine that keeps our fast-paced data and communications operations running smoothly, making a meaningful difference from day one.

In this role, you'll:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate with contractors, and maintain workplace presentation and supplies across multiple locations.
  • Provide front-of-house and admin support, including greeting visitors, handling calls, managing bookings, and supporting HR, Finance, and Leadership with administrative tasks.
  • Manage our corporate travel and oversee vehicle maintenance, compliance, and recordkeeping using systems like Smartsheet and SimPro.
  • Oversee the procurement of supplies and uniforms, process purchase orders, and reconcile credit card expenses using tools like Revolut.
  • Bring your knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, by conducting WHS checks, maintaining compliance records, and supporting safe office environments.

About You:
  • Proven experience in office coordination and/or administrative roles.
  • Hold a current Australian driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory for travel between sites).
  • Possess strong time management ability and the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be confident with adapting to digital systems (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SimPro, Revolut).
  • Bring a hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt across two locations.
  • Be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, showing proactiveness and autonomy in owning your role.
