Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Front Desk & Communication: Manage incoming calls, direct visitors, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, car hire, and accommodation for business trips and company events.
  • Mail & Office Management: Handle incoming mail, maintain office tidiness, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Meeting & Event Support: Manage boardrooms, coordinate catering, and oversee general office maintenance to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Administration & Assistance: Perform general administrative tasks as required, including credit card reconciliation, photocopying, and filing.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
