About the role

We're looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to help expand our footprint by building strong partnerships and driving new opportunities across multiple markets. You'll play a key role in identifying and onboarding new partners, securing retail relationships, and developing collaborations that align with our mission to make plant care simple.

As a startup, no two days are the same, and your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Do

• Prospect and build lead lists – Research and identify potential retail stores, marketplace partners and other potential business opportunities.
• Cold outreach & follow-ups – Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to introduce Willow, pitch our offering, and generate interest.
• Sales & closing deals – Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs, handling objections, and finalising agreements.
• CRM & data management – Log outreach activities in our CRM to maintain an organised and efficient sales process.
• Market insights – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and improve outreach.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the wider team to develop collateral and provide feedback/learnings.

This role is based at the Willow head office in Perth, WA, working closely with the founders and offers potential for growth into senior positions as we scale our business.
