**We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Perth.**

The primary aim of the Inside Sales Representative is to proactively engage with external customers (current and potential) to promote NEC's Solutions, maximise growth opportunities within NEC's existing customer accounts, and generate qualified leads to achieve an annual Sales Quota and contribute to the Company's overall Sales performance.

***Primary Accountabilities**
- Proactively engage with external customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify opportunities to professionally promote NEC's Solutions
- Professionally and competently manage incoming sales enquiries as a first point of contact
- Support marketing campaigns, direct and Channel, and follow-up enquiries and warm leads to build pipeline
- Qualify leads - route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Manager for further development and closure
- Close sales (defined order types) to achieve quarterly quotas
- Protect existing business via efficient renewal management and exceptional customer service
- Work with Major Account Team in support of their key customers.

**Experience and skills required**
- 3+ years direct B2B sales, sales support or customer service experience, ideally gained in an IT, Telecommunications or Technology industry.
- Highly motivated and driven, with a track record of outstanding performance and meeting Sales Targets.
- Accustomed to working in a high volume, fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - confident and professional phone manner, ability to build rapport quickly, strong listening and comprehension, professional written communication
- Proficient with web presentation tools and virtual meetings
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM.
- Tenacity and highly disciplined approach to pursuing opportunities
- Able to contribute to Team outcomes.
