We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal Fibre Packaging team as an Inside Sales Representative at our Spearwood site in WA.The key focus of this role will be to:Proactively drive sales growth through existing enterprise customers and develop new sales opportunitiesDevelop strong, trusted relationships with existing and new customersProvide internal support around the onboarding of new customers and new work processMake a high volume of customer calls per day – based on customer spend and order frequencyPerform relevant background research on customer accountsUtilise our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage and record interactions with customersWe can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
