In 2025, we will extend our global footprint with new offices in Rome, Italy and Singapore, further solidifying our international presence and commitment to client support.

What will you be doing?

You will perform the role of Administration Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative, team management, logistics and facility management functions of the company. You will play a key role in streamlining office operations, increasing efficiency, and supporting the overall success of the company.

  • Manage, Mentor & Coach junior team members.
  • Organise Events/ Functions including Executive Board Meetings.
  • Co-ordinate administration activities.
  • Support all functions across the business, including administration and onboarding and offboarding of staff.
  • Assist with financial administrative functions when required.
  • Provide support to the Executives and Leadership group where needed.
  • Manage the office functions from purchasing and facility management, to answering phones, responding to emails and performing other duties as required.

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Perth's CBD.
