We operate a multi-million-dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.

The Position:

We are currently looking for an Injury Management Administrator to join our head office.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Injury Management team, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate injury and return-to-work records in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Prepare and process workers compensation documentation, including claims, reimbursements, and related correspondence.
  • Coordinate medical appointments and transport for injured workers.
  • Track progress of injury cases and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support injury management processes and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and submissions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor incoming emails, escalating or responding as appropriate.
  • Support compliance with relevant work health and safety, workers compensation, and injury management legislation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive injury management information.
  • Contribute to general administrative tasks and assist with coordination of injury management-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within injury management, workers compensation, or safety.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of workers compensation processes is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in the Mining and Resources sector will be highly regarded.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
