About the Opportunity

As Property Coordinator, you connect property management and sales for our retirement living community, overseeing rentals while helping turn prospects into satisfied residents. You'll improve processes and deliver excellent customer service through smart systems, performance tracking, and high-quality standards.

This role includes managing our customer database, coordinating finances, maintaining compliance records, and communicating with key partners. Additionally, you'll handle online property listings, create marketing content, and track market trends to maximize occupancy.

About You

The successful Property Coordinator is a detail-focused professional with excellent organisational and communication abilities who thrives in customer-centered environments.

They demonstrate strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and skilled use of property management software and CRM systems to efficiently manage portfolios while ensuring compliance.

Property management or real estate background is preferred, with retirement living experience offering valuable insight into specialised community requirements. Marketing and social media skills are essential for promoting properties effectively across digital platforms and developing compelling content that maximizes occupancy rates.

Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or equivalent

2+ years property management/real estate experience

Retirement living sector experience
