Job Description:

The Property Leasing Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the management of Clinpath's property leases, records, and administration. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless leasing processes and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include managing property lease preparations, extensions, and renewals; engaging with parties to fulfill leasing requirements; managing the internal Property Management System database; and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

This role also entails analyzing and reporting on property rents and outgoings, maintaining the property BI performance tool, and preparing business cases for new and current properties.

In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to continual improvement within the department and Clinpath by volunteering new ideas and embracing changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong grounding in commercial property business or experience working with commercial property leases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees across the organization
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and independently as required
