Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting open and private property inspections with prospective tenants
  • Performing routine inspections to ensure proper maintenance of clients' investments
  • Qualifying prospective tenants and references
  • Managing tenant inquiries and coordinating inspections
  • Completing detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Current SA Property Manager License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin is desirable
  • Customer service passion and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High computer literacy
  • Positive, resilient team player attitude
  • 1-2 years' residential property management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in PropertyMe and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pass police background check and provide references
