Join Equity Trustees as a Risk Systems and Insights Analyst, supporting our Enterprise Risk team to deliver high-quality risk data and reporting insights. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our GRC system (CAMMS) and reporting tools like Power BI, enhancing the effectiveness of risk management across the business.

You'll play a key role in managing and maintaining system-based risk and compliance reporting, supporting the uplift of CAMMS, and driving data quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, risk systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for our GRC system (CAMMS), providing support and escalation management.
• Working with the Head of Risk Systems and Insights, develop and maintain risk and compliance dashboards and reporting for senior management and committees.
• With the Head of Risk Systems and Insights, work with GRC system provider to support system implementation and uplift plans
• Collaborate with business units to identify reporting requirements and support system-based attestations.
• Review data quality and work with the Risk Business Partners to uplift data in risk systems
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and insights to support risk decision-making.
• Work with technology teams to uplift data tools for risk management and enhance data quality.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience as a data analyst (2+ years), ideally in a risk or compliance context.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and familiarity with GRC systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Tertiary qualification in data management, analytics, or business.
