Skills & experience
You will be a Corporate, M&A, ECM Lawyerat the 3-8 years' PAE level, with a particular interest in Consumer, Healthcare and Technology sectors – working hands-on with high profile and impressive clients.
About the role
Having advised on the largest private equity transaction in Australia ($600 million transaction), you will be part of this large Corporate team (top 5 for M&A and 40 ex top-tier Partners Nationwide). Enjoy the best private treaty and private equity transactions in Australia. You will not be given discrete parts of deals – you will be involved in the whole deal.
Three Special Counsel recently promoted to Partner at an early stage of their careers; working in a highly responsive team; trusted advisors; help your clients achieve their commercial objectives; extensive networks throughout the Australian legal and commercial landscape. Policy of WFH 2 days a week.
