Corporate M&A Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer to join our team and work on a variety of Private M&A and ECM work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in a supportive environment with a highly regarded Corporate M&A Team.

  1. You will report directly to a friendly, experienced Partner who has doubled his practice over the past 12 months.
  2. As a Corporate lawyer, you will act on Private and some public M&A deals, Equity Capital markets transactions, and provide corporate governance advice.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-6 years of post-admission experience
  • Experience in either Private M&A and/or ECM
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • A positive and friendly attitude
