Corporate M&A ECM Lawyer

As a key player in corporate mergers and acquisitions, you will be exposed to high-profile transactions in Australia. You will work closely with clients on significant deals, advising on complex matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in private equity transactions, with experience working on intricate and complex projects. You will be involved in the entire deal process, from start to finish, and will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiation, and completion
  • Developing effective solutions for clients' business needs
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform client advice
  • Collaborating with other professionals to deliver high-quality results

We are seeking an experienced Corporate, M&A, ECM Lawyer with a minimum of 3-8 years' post-admission experience. Your skills and expertise will be applied to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
