Join our Occupier Services team as an Accounts Payable Manager, responsible for overseeing lease administration payments and ensuring data accuracy across financial systems. You'll play a key role in managing AP processes, liaising with clients and stakeholders, resolving payment queries, and producing financial and variance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage AP and lease payment processes, including monthly rent and outgoings.
  • Liaise with finance teams, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity in the lease administration system.
  • Handle budgeting, reconciliations, and critical lease date reporting.
  • Investigate discrepancies and manage subtenant invoicing and arrears.
  • Support process improvements and quality assurance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or Lease Administration.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a degree related to Finance or Accounting.
  • Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
