Base pay range

A$155,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

This opportunity is with a growing, national firm known for its entrepreneurial culture and supportive environment. The firm advises private and public companies on transactions, restructurings and corporate governance. Key responsibilities

• Assist partners on mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings
• Draft and review commercial agreements, shareholder documents and corporate policies
• Conduct legal research on corporate and securities laws; prepare advice for clients
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes and liaise with stakeholders
• Help clients navigate compliance and regulatory filings
• Contribute to business‑development activities and thought‑leadership articles

Required qualifications and skills

• Admitted lawyer with 2–5 years' corporate law experience
• Solid drafting skills and understanding of corporate transactions and governance
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior colleagues
• Interest in developing expertise in emerging practice areas (e.g., ESG, tech)
