The Separation Guide is an award-winning divorce tech platform that brings together all key stakeholders in a separation and divorce, aiming to reduce the cost, conflict and confusion of the journey. Our website now attracts over 70% of the divorce and separation market in Australia and has supported over 600,000 people experiencing this stressful life event. With both B2C and B2Bproducts for individuals, employers and professionals, The Separation Guide is a proven platform for improved mental health and wellbeing during a complex time. Our platform connects our clients to a range of ethically-aligned professionals to support them through all stages of their separation and divorce, with a focus on 'Court as a last resort.' This role is key to our B2B membership growth.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You'll become part of a collaborative cross-functional team who all share a growth mindset and a goal of creating significant social impact. The Account Manager is a key team member of The Separation Guide team, cultivating strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and consistently delivering value.

We're looking for an Account Manager who can help us make a difference by:

  • Onboarding Network Members, partnerships and new clients
  • Maintaining a strong connection between existing and new Network Members and partnership relationships
  • Nurturing B2B relationships by working collaboratively with the team to optimize clients' accounts for success
  • Working closely with the Customer Experience team for feedback and needs
  • Monitoring performance metrics
  • Identifying and executing opportunities for expansion revenue
  • Managing Network Member and partnership events and CPD sessions
  • Having an understanding of digital marketing and working with our clients on the combination of short-term and long-term goals

About You

You'll have:

  • 3+ years' proven experience account managing clients and/partnerships in the professional services industry (legal, financial, accounting and/or property)
  • Experience in a startup/scale-up dynamic operating environment
  • A strong understanding of technology, and be confident navigating tech platforms, integrations and systems
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to create deep relationships managing multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding time management and priority-setting skills
  • An ability to problem solve quickly in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative, team-player approach
  • Experience in negotiating contracts
  • A professional yet empathetic, friendly approach
  • Experience account managing Enterprise clients
  • Experience using Sales Pipeline & CRM software
