The Role - Are You A Creative? Working within a high performing team and representing a Global Brand OEM, this is a high level, multifaceted Sales and Account management role, driving business development within high profile accounts, best suited to a pragmatic highly motivated, structured and results oriented professional. You will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of customers primarily in the architectural and commercial design space, ensuring brand positioning, pricing and product integrity is maintained to the highest levels at all times as well as ensuring you are securing all available opportunities.
You will be building long term relationships with a varied audience, ranging from architectural companies, commercial design houses, company directors and business owners, project and site engineers, procurement teams, and operations/maintenance managers. This means that you are equally comfortable dealing with customers from all levels of the business environment and have the emotional intelligence to adapt to a variety of clients.
What We Need From YouTo be successful in this role you will possess the following skill-sets and attributes:
- Proven record of high level account management / business development in B2B
- Demonstrable commercial and business / operational acumen
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Experienced account management within Construction/ Architects & Designers highly desirable
- High levels of creativity around the design and aesthetic aspect
- You are also a proven strategic thinker who is able to put and execute this strategy into real world results. You are clear and decisive in your actions, also bringing a creative flair to support your clients final outputs to maximise results and client satisfaction.
